"Let them burn"(1) is correct; "Let them burned" is wrong. Let is only followed by bare infinitive, never the past participle. While you can say "Let them be burned,"(2) it's not the same as "Let them burn." (1) means to allow them to catch fire, to undergo burning. (2) means to allow them to receive burning (as someone else's action)
