End of History reminds me Repetition of History which was said by Hegel about China & is also a kind of termination.
The most possible end of history is not the case in which the spatial-temporal space becomes static & a local optimal solution, such as globalism in which capital & government power are globalized but not power of civil society, turns to be permanently global optimal.
It is the situation in which humanity ends before next local optimal solution appears just as what Hegel said about Chinese history.
